State Farm Bank has moved to a new system to improve your banking experience.

Customer Action Requested
We strongly suggest you review the information below carefully:

• El Conversion brochure provides a list of items you should complete before November 6, 2009 and after the new system is up on November 10, 2009.  This Conversion brochure was sent to State Farm Bank customers in October.
• You will need to re-enroll your voice print after November 10, 2009.  Access the enrollment instructions for our newest phone system. (Note:  Mortgage and Credit Card account customers do not need to re-enroll their voice prints).
• Intuit Quicken® and Microsoft® Money users: Perform a final download on the current system prior to November 6, 2009.  Once you have created your final download (prior to system conversion on November 6th) the following steps should be performed on or after November 10, 2009:
  • Microsoft® Money users, please follow these OFX conversion instructions
  • Intuit Quicken® users, please follow these conversion instructions
• Do you transfer money to someone else’s account?  Find out what you need to do to continue these transactions.
• Do you receive electronic bills (e-Bills) from service providers through State Farm Bank’s bill pay service?  Access important actions you need to take to make sure you continue receiving your electronic bills after November 10.
• After November 10, 2009, transaction details for mortgage loans will not be available online. 
• We are going green with our Certificates of Deposit (CD) statements.  After November 10, CD customers will be able to view their statements online.  Read aquí for more information about this change .
